Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring in outside food or drink?

You must use Nire’s preferred vendors for all food and drink.


Can I bring my own alcohol?

No, all alcohol must go through Nire Event Center per Liquor law.


What is not allowed décor wise?

Helium Balloons, Confetti, or Attaching anything to the walls.


What do we have to do clean up wise?

You must sweep and wipe down all surfaces. As well as get all trash to the trash cans.


Where is the parking?

Parking is right outside of Nire.


When can I come see the space?

To see the space you do need to reach out to schedule a time as we do not have staff on hand.


How much does it cost?

We are an hourly based pricing. So it is $150 + 8% sales tax per hour.


What is the capacity?

150 seated or 180 standing


How early can we have access to the venue?

We provide thirty minutes before your paid time for free. If you want earlier than that it is $50 to make it an hour or beyond that the normal $150/hour.


What happens if we damage the venue?

All damages will be charged to the client with photo proof of the damage.


How do I secure my date?

To secure the date you must fill out the contract and pay your 50% deposit. No date will be held until a contract is signed.
